Have lived here for 3 years. Overall impression of the community is "low income". Laundry and trash are located in teh same room. Very bad roach infestation. Regularly have to clean roaches out of the washing machines before loading clothes. Parking is a problem. Double parking on the weekend is especially bad. Car alarms constantly going off for extended periods of time (up to 2 hours) at all times of the afternoon and night. Loud stereos throughout the afternoons and evenings (especially loud in the warmer season). Hot/cold water constantly in a state of flux due to "repairs". No visitor parking after 11pm. No trash cans throughout the complex which encourages littering. Constantly have shopping carts left in parking lot and on the common areas from the local Safeway. Kids vandalize cars and patio equipment. Cars broken into on a regular basis. Police do not patrol area. Complex has had serious crimes within the three years we have been living here (dead baby was found in the common area the day we moved in, assualts to delivery people, robberies, car theft, etc.). The rental office has told us that if we (my wife and I) want to have a baby, that we will need to upgrade to a two bedroom since they limit 2 persons to a 1 bedroom apartment.

This apartment complex is not recommended.
