The personnel are not trained in customer care nor customer satisfaction. The property owners unfortunately seem to extend no effort in training staff in CRM. Quite amazing given the price of the apartments. I am quite amazed at how little they invest in their employees; resulting in a very unknowledgable, and outwardly uncaring front office staff. Appliances and hardware in apartments stretched beyond replacement windows resulting in servicable but low quality appliances and fixtures. On the plus side, maintenance staff is above average in customer satisfaction and attention to apartment owner needs, possibly reducing turnover rates and dissatisfaction indexes.
