I don't live there, but I was in the rental office last weekend for about 20 minutes, never did get to see the place, the staff was to busy dealing with problems with a current tenant.
Her window does not fit the opening. There is a gap between the outer edge of the window frame and the building wall. So wind and cicadas were coming into her apartment. The staff was explaining that new windows are on order, they have not arrived yet, and not much can be done in the mean time. It was 3pm or so Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, the maintanence worker had already left and was unavailable to return to Arlington. So after hearing that, I decided it wasn't worth bothering with this place.
It opened over a year ago, I would think that they would have the significant structural problems with the building corrected by now. Windows that are so drafty that large bugs can crawl in ... great for the utility companies.
