I use to work for a management company in Ohio for 25 years and retired 4 years ago. and I´m only 45. I had a change to work in this area when I moved here.but the people that live is the metro area are the worst. And I just have to voice my views. First of all, what make you think that because you pay (rent) that it gives you the right to not pay your rent on time,be nasty, call the business office when you break something, etc and think that because you rent that its covered, buy a house and see if a man will come out to your house in the middle of the night if you or family member dont know how to flush a toilet without clogging it. and then charge you triple overtime. Well I think that everyone that rents apartment first of all never read anything, doesnt listen when someone goes over the lease and all other paper that you sign when you move in,thinks that we are rough maybe somethings we are. When you get off from work you dont want someone stopping in the hall and telling you about your toilet, etc. thats why there is a # to the office to call. but If you signed a contract, which is a legal contract. And you have the nerve to get mad when the business office are doing there job by asking you when you are paying your rent,I dont think so. If you think for one moment that its not a business than you are plain stupid. We as manager are always sending out letter for cleaning up of your apt, trash being left in the trash room, RENT,etc. and if you did what you are suppose to than you don´t have nothing to worry about,(Wake Up Stupid People)Buy a house?????
