I was a resident of The Beacon since it opened for two years. It is a good place to live with a great location in the heart of Clarendon. Additionally since it is a boutique building compared to the surrounding developments you get to enjoy the wonderful amenities without overcrowding.
I lived on Building 2, the smaller 6 story structure which had a more private feel since it had less unit per floor and you can connect to the other buildings amenities underground during the winter months.
It is concrete construction which provides better soundproofing and generally the neighbors were respectful and noise disruptions were kept at a minimum.
I moved out due to exploring another location in the DMV area, but I would recommend this building if you are looking for an apartment in Clarendon.
