We have resolved the staff issue you mention, and have fully-trained concierges on duty to assist you. Should you have an after-hours noise complaint, please call us and we will do our best to resolve it with your neighbors. We did have one weekend when the alarm was tripped due to a faulty wire. We had a contractor on the property to fix it, and it has not been a problem since. I apologize for the inconvenience. I am sorry you did not choose to stay at The Clarendon.           I would not recommend this community to anyone. The prices are way too high for what you get. Since I moved in, mgmt has started charging for water, sewer, and trash removal. Like $2200 a month for a one bedroom doesn't cover trash removal? Asā€¦Ā See More >

We do our best to discuss all utility charges and fees during each prospective resident's tour. We did have water leaks during Hurricane Sandy, but we have repaired them and have not had any leaks since. Additionally, we do have other amenities, including a fitness center, community room, business center, 24 hour concierge. Please let me know if you have any questions about these items. The team and I at Clarendon do take the time to read every review, and to use the information to grow, make changes, and improve our community for everyone. We changed our guest policy at the pool to ensure that all of our residents have equal access to the facilities. In the past, there might not have been room for everyone to sit if a few residents brought a large number of guests. The $5 fee only applies to each guest that you bring to the pool--all residents may continue use the pool as usual.
