I lived there for many years in two different apartments, when we first moved in the place was being run by what was clearly the A-Team, great, responsive, friendly, etc... In the last two years the quality of the management team went downhill, they wouldn't respond to emails, would be "out" when they said they'd be "in", they told us that we'd be warned before the pressure washers and painters would show up to take care of the outside (only to be surprised to see people dropping off the roof and onto my balcony). If they replace the management team, then this is a great place, but with the management team in place, I'd suggest you'd be better off living elsewhere. For the price you pay to live there, everything should be top notch and the management should routinely walk the property, instread on assuming others would. (I found this out because I would complain about the kitchen trash being dumped in the garage or the boxes of empty beer bottles I'd find laying around for days, she would tell me that others were supposed to walk the property). Management is about taking responsibility, not passing the buck.
