First, I love my actual apartment. It's a huge two bedroom, with two walk in closets that could pass as dorm rooms back in college. The kitchen is wonderful- lots of counter space, cabinets and a large pantry.

However, the building leaves a lot to be desired. Managment is rather unhelpful and NEVER responds to emails/phone messages/etc. Unless you see them face-to-face, you won't get an answer/resoultion to your problem.

Also, the building is right near the fire department so you hear a lot of sirens.

Finally, my rent has increased dramatically over the past 2.5 years-- from $1400ish to $2000. During this same time we started getting charged for utilities, guest parking was taken away and 24-hour security was stopped.

I moved here right out of college and it was a good first apartment. However, I'm more than ready to move on to something a bit classier.
