Dorchester Apartments is a great place to live. It has great public transportation, more or less a mile either from pentagon metro or from pentagon city metro and the bus stop is right at the outside of the apartments. It has everything you need within walking distance. (Bank of America, Giant, CVS, Rite Aid, Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse, Salsa Room and great place to eat within a great variety of food style.) It is also very accessible to principle roads. The apartment rent also includes water, gas and electricity. All in all is a great value for your money. Before I rented I verified the reviews and I was a little scared by them to say the least but I took my chances and it paid off. Michael is not a bad manager at all. Mi first language is Spanish and he has never been disrespectful to me in any way. Furthermore have of his staff is of latin decent and they have no complaint about their boss. Apartments are cleaned daily, they have implemented a pest control system that works great. I have lived here for over three month and I haven t seen any bug, animal nor insect. The area is safe, neighbors are not nosy at all, I have received multiple packages and non have been stolen. In conclusion I would say everybody builds their own experiences because of their actions. Mine has been great, with my girlfriend living here it has been like a honeymoon. I would definitely recommend Dorchester Apartments to everybody. Don t be fooled by the reies go out and see the apartments, talk to your future neighbors and meet Mike he is not a bad manager at all.
