These are some of the last affordable apartments in Arlington. While they are older, they are well maintained. When something breaks, they fix it. When someone moves out they really clean them up nicely and modernize them. Fios and Comcast are available so you have choice. The location is awesome because you are on the corner of Columbia Pike/Court House Road which has two express buses into city and is the pike is the first to get restored service during snow storms. Your really don't need a car unless you want one--and they don't charge you for parking. You can walk to the grocery store and the bus gets you to the Metro at all hours. I moved in 3 years ago after my last complex wanted to raise my rent $75. Even with 3 rent increases, I'm still paying less than had I stayed in my old place. I once had a problem with a neighboring apartment that wasn't clean. They were evicted and the place was gutted and renovated. Like I said, these aren't fancy, but management does what is necessary to keep it up.
