I enjoyed living in a two bedroom in Park Glen for three years. Being so close to the bike path and parks was idyllic. Great stress relief after work to be able to walk out my front door and on to that beautiful portion of the bike path and go for a jog. Quiet, peaceful community, I never heard my neighbors in my building. My bay window overlooked the Park Glen grounds, which almost have a college campus feel with lots of mature trees. People living there were quite friendly, front office and maintenance were very responsive. The area off of Columbia Pike is diverse and has character- I frequented Atacatl restaurant around the corner. Parking was never an issue for me (every unit gets one sticker for the parking lot and one flexpass for S Arlington Mill), but if there are two drivers living in one condo it could be hard for the person with the flexpass to find parking on S Arlington Mill if they get home late at night.
