My husband and I have lived in a 2-bedroom for over a year and have been happy with our choice. We got a good deal at the time we rented (2 months free). Our rent has increased since then, but not a huge amount. First parking space is $50 and the amenity fee is $60. Heat and electricity are included. Bedrooms and living rooms are carpeted, and the kitchen/bath floors are tiled. Closets are large. The staff is helpful, and maintenance requests get fixed within a day. Repair staff come into the units almost quarterly for preventative maintenance and remodeling (e.g. filter changes, ADA compliance modifications). Besides the steep rent, the only other drawback are the tight parking spaces. It can take 5 minutes to drive out of the underground parking lot. We've seen people bubble wrap or pad the columns next to their spaces. Keep in mind that no "walking pets" are allowed.
