From the concierge desk to the leasing office, the staff is rude and incompetent. We have a concierge who thinks it is acceptable to not investigate a midnight fire alarm, even after receiving resident complaints that it has been going off for an hour. Other incomprehensible concierge actions include refusal to write a maintenance ticket requesting replacement of a broken key; yelling at residents that they are "making too much noise" for hammering on a broken weight room door after it locked three people in the fitness room for an hour; and having a 20 minute telephone argument with a personal bill collector while residents stood there waiting to pick up packages.
Do not even bother to ask for an extra security access card. They will rudely refuse, even if you pay for it, and even if you have lived there for years.
Oh, and if your neighbors are smoking pot all day you get tired of the smell in your corridor? There is no point reporting it to staff. They will not even write them a letter.
