WATER REPAIRS(require the entire building to be shut off) made usually durring the day and M-F. Usually with a days notice and will be scheduled at 10am until finished (4pm) unless there is an emergency and you are just out of luck (in the shower with soap on your hair).The repairs come up anywhere from once every two weeks to once a month. We have gone through several management staffs over the years. With this latest team the rent up over 14% from last year. The MOST EVER! usually it is reasonable. Parking is a big problem if you do not have a garage spot. <br>Im lucky I do. Repairs to security doors are slow.I have notice in the Arlington crime report our address mentioned. The property management has never mentioned security issues in the monthly news letter. Lastly, The elevators can be slow and can take several days to get repaired. This can be a big issue on the weekends.
