The Buchanan has great staff, great amenities and its location is the best. Close to the metro Station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants and pharmacies. Maintenance requests usually takes 1-2 days, so its perfect when you have an emergency.

We use all feedback as a tool to gauge our efforts in both customer service and resident satisfaction and I am sorry to hear that your experience has been anything less than satisfying. While I can't speak directly to the maintenance personnel you are referring I do sincerely believe that our maintenance team is top notch. Should you ever have any specific concerns, please feel free to communicate those to me directly. In regards to the ellipticals at the Fitness Center, we are aware that there are issues with the embedded screens. We are acquiring proposals from 3rd party contractors to have them repaired. Nice comfortable apartment space. Spacious and neat. Though heating is not centralized. There's renovation work going on but it isn't too noisy. Sometimes elevators are not working. And there are some teething issues. But nice place to live in

Great area - close to everything. Public transportation , buses , metro, metrorail all within a couple blocks. Community is safe and upscale. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Local activities often- warmer days street market vendors. Easy access time major highways and airports.
