Best Service I've Ever Had in an Apartment Community I've lived at the View at Liberty Center since March 2018. When I moved in, the building was managed by Kettler and they did a poor job of getting and keeping tenants. Bozzuto came in during Summer 2018 and I was concerned because of the turnover. Buzzuto methodically began addressing everything that was wrong before they came. They did an inventory for parking. They cleaned things that were dirty and fixed things that were broken. You could tell that they were addressing issues methodically, which gave me comfort. And the service is on a whole new level!!! Bozzuto has done such an excellent job since they became the property manager, that I would not consider moving. The concierge have all been excellent. The events are throughout the week and often have free food. There's rooftop yoga 3+ times a month. Wine down Wednesday with free and/or discounted wine. A calendar that shows interesting events in the area. Cold diffused water and complementary coffee/tea always in the lobby. And they recently added a nitro coffee and Kombucha machine. When I first saw it, I thought, who is going to use this. Now I know the answer -- me! I love the fresh Kombucha and the flavors change. Yesterday, I put in 4 tickets for the bathroom and all 4 were addressed the same day. The concierge called me to let me know that they would come back the following morning to make sure the A/C in the bathroom was still working as expected. And they did arrive this morning to follow-up on the A/C in the bathroom. Excellent service and follow-up. It's a quiet but busy building with good soundproofing. I'm picky about where I live and Bozzuto has exceeded my expectations. I am pleased and I think the excellent service is going to continue or get better (not sure how but these guys give good surprises)! I love the conscientious approach I see being used to improve our living experience across the board. Looking forward to seeing what's next!
