SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Greetings! Thank you for y review. We would love the opportunity to turn your experience around. Applicants are given the opportunity to guide their price range around a couple of things, one of which is choosing a renovated option with new appliances, or you can choose lesser expensive options with somewhat older appliances. Newer appliances experience less mechanical failure. We are currently restructuring our maintenance department. While we work on getting the perfect team in place we have experienced some delays. We appreciate the patience of our residents while we get through these necessary changes and expect to see a much more expedient timeframe for repairs in the future. All residents are given the guidelines for valet trash pick up and we send reminders from time to time, including violation notices. We welcome any specific information about repeat problems as we will handle them on a one on one basis. We thank you again for your feedback and hope to see a more positive response in the future. Thank you for your feedback. Although being located over a garage has the benefit of having nobody living below, you do contend with the garage door whenever it is opened or closed. Hopefully the rest of your stay at Westwind is/was pleasant. Hello, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are so sorry that you are not enjoying your stay with us at Westwind Farms Apartments. We have reviewed your ledger and copies of documentation that have been sent to you regarding your ledger balances and unfortunately, our records do not match what you describe in your review. We have not been able to find any inaccuracies with your ledger charges or balance due. We have not identified any errors in documentation sent to you regarding your ledger balances and see nothing on the ledger or documentation regarding a $52 credit. We also are unable to find any errors in last year's billing as you describe in your review. If you have questions or feel that any ledger charge is inaccurate, please visit the office and we are happy to go over your detailed ledger with you. We do see where you submitted a work order regarding your hot water back in September 2015. Our records indicate that a repair was made and we have not received any follow up requests regarding your hot water heater since that time. If you are still experiencing an issue with your hot water, please let us know as we would want to address that for you right away. Again, we are sorry you are not enjoying your experience with us and we hope we are able to make the remainder of your stay with us a more positive one.
