Hi Jane, We're sorry to receive this feedback, but we thank you for sharing it. We do our best to resolve maintenance issues quickly, safely, and with a minimum of inconvenience to you. We apologize if this was not the case. It's our job to provide a comfortable community and home for our residents, and we strive daily to ensure our residents are happy and well taken care of. We had numerous conversations with you and sent emails providing you with information regarding scheduling. Unfortunately, our contractors did not stick to their schedule and did not inform our office in a timely manner. We did follow up and address the errors directly with you, as well as our contractors, to hold them accountable. We have been working with you directly to make things right. We'd like to continue to work with you so we can resolve this matter and help you feel better about the entire situation. We sincerely apologize that you've had to deal with this at all.
