The worst apartment / rental we have ever encountered . My husband And I are currently sitting in our rented garage on Christmas Eve in the freezing cold waiting for someone to assist us with out garage door. It suddenly on decided to absolutely stop working and will not Close and there is no Way to Close it manually . If we didn't have thousands of dollars worth in this garage we would just leave it. The maintenence supervisor received my message at 5:59 And did not respond until at 6:15 I finally said can you please tell us what to do and at that point he said to figure out the number to emergency. Which he refused to give me . This is just to add to the million of other complains we have encountered. We moved and the apartment was dirty not ready , we did not receive access to our mail for 21 days, our phone calls and requests are always pushed aside and I basically have to harass them to get them to answer any simple questions. The bill is not itemized and ends up being $200 extra for whatever reason they decide to make it that. I could do this all night long ! Don't do it!!
