Horrible so far. Got my car towed the first month I was there because the staff gave me the wrong parking sticker.. gave me 2018 instead of 2019 and they refused to reimburse me and other tenants. Water leaks under the sink and leaks in both toilets! I cant even open my windows in the evening because it smells like trash since the trash bins are not far from my building. The cleaning crew does such a great job cleaning and keeping it neat. When I moved in I was told the office could accommodate guest parking by placing the sticker under my door but when I called in to have one put on my door, I was told they no longer do so and the only ones that can pick it up is the adult on the lease. One problem with that, I am the only adult on my lease and when I get home, the office is already closed! Just because this place is affordable (paying 1500 rent for 2 bedrooms), doesn't mean u walk all over your residence. I made a mistake moving in here and I cant wait for my lease to be up!
