Lived here for two years and would still be living there if work hadn't pulled me to Northern Virginia. Interior had just been remodeled when I moved-in in 2011 (complex is being updated building by building, ~80% of the complex is remodeled by the time I moved out), so everything was spotless. I had minor problems (3 or 4 times) with the roof and the trim around the windows leaking when the gutters backed up, but maintenance had it repaired usually within 24 hours of being contacted. Also couldn't beat the price when it included all the utilities and upgraded cable. The main selling point for me that attracted me there and kept me there by far, though, was the atmosphere that the staff in the leasing office created every time I came in. From day 1, they greeted me with kindness and respect, remembering my name (which is a big deal for the size of the complex) and prior conversations we had about my family or job. Each one of the ladies in the office always made me and many of the others in the community that I talked feel at home. The previous post does this community a complete disservice; I honestly feel the complete opposite and would heartily encourage you to check out Westgate.
