Beware of Fraudulent Manager!!! Great apartment to live, nice staffs however, do not live on upper level if you have kids, the buildings are extra sensitive and those below will make your life miserable (not their fault). Also, ensure you are extra careful at documenting everything wrong with the apartment when you move in, otherwise you will pay for refurbishing the apartment when you vacate the premises. Pay special attention to the carpet and ensure the detail condition of the carpet is documented and live no room for the fraudulent manager to write stuffs after final inspection when you vacate the apartment. Ensure you crossed out all open spaces on that inspection sheet before you let her have it. The Management is replacing every carpet in the apartments and will make you pay for the replacement (among other stuffs when you vacate). Make sure you cross out all open spaces on the inspection sheet otherwise, the manager will forge the document to indicate you agreed to paying for the carpet and they will make every effort to make you pay. It happened to me. Also don't be deceive, this is not a gated community. The gates are always open. You can see my full story on YELP.
