Cedars at Greenbrier
Resident · 2014 - 2017
Since writing a no so good review a couple of months back, things have gotten better. I honestly didn't have no "real" issues with the complex. The staff is always more than willing to accommodate to their tenants. We get lost in the hustle in bustle of things in life, which causes us to because frustrated and combative. I had a few instances where it could've gotten worse but they worked with be, despite me own neglect. However, renting is something that is new to me, and you always need to communicate with you leasing manager/staff, there aren't mind readers. I have to take into account the things that I could have done better, to help myself out, which weren't taken into account until it was too late. The staff is helpful and friend, just keep them in the loop of whats going on and never assume they know what your dealing with. Sara(leasing Manager) will work with you, but its up to you do keep her in the know. Mantainance staff has always fixed whatever I need to be fixed within a 24 hour period. I noise level on my side has minimized and the notices are minimized as well, due to the text message remainders, to keep residents in the loop about the events going on, whether it be about your bill, water outages. complex improvements etc. I do like the community, or I wouldn't have been here for approx. years. I will ask about my than that, im thankful. So the cedars is a great start for anyone. Just try to communicate with your staff to make things smoother. They are there for you.
