Green Tree Apartments

Please don't fall for the lies listed in the apartment brochure. These apartments are not sound proof at all. If you move here thinking you are going to have peace and quiet or that you can go about your business without disturbing your neighbors think again. You have to sign your lease weeks or months before your move in date, and in your move in date they hit you with a bunch of hidden fees not listed in the lease you signed. You have to pay for the filters that have to be changed monthly, if you bring more than one guest to the pool even if you have a two bedroom apartment there is a fee for that, the laundry card cost 5 bucks. Safety is terrible the hallway lights don't come on until 5PM so during this time when there isn't much sunlight good luck on not breaking your neck going up the stairs being that the main door is not made of glass to let any type of light in. The gym is only open during certain hours and closed on Sundays when they can easily make access key cards and let the tenants walk in trough the back when the leasing office is closed, this is by far the te worst apartment I've ever lived in.
