A problem has occurred at every turn. That wouldn't be an issue if the staff would have Even the Slightest concern about any of their residents problems. The staff is indifferent, negligent, deceptive, and a poor representation of Bonaventure. I hope Bonaventure holds their complexes to better standards than the Amber at Greenbrier. The staff is frankly indifferent. They seem to not care at all about any problem and will say anything to make you (the resident) go away when asking about an issue
