      The Wisher family recently moved my family to Waverton apts. Daniel made the move in process as smooth as he could even with other move ins happening. Daniel is a true definition of a person who goes above and beyond for his prospective tenants. Professional, and courteous is definitely his attribute. He gets 10 ?? in my book! Ohhhh but I can’t forget Susanna who also is an amazing asset to SLNusbaum she also has a professional approach and is very people friendly!!!!         When I initially contacted the staff at Waverton Mr. Daniel was and is always amazing! He is patient ,courteous, quick and professional! Daniel and this company stands out from all apartment complexes that I have contacted!! I am totally satisfied with this great experience and obtaining a new home! Daniel is friendly and on point with every aspect of his job! The tour of the apartment and the grounds are clean and well groomed! My family are so fortunate and thankful for having such a genuine person to assist with this process! Thank you so much Daniel!

          I wish i could give a 0 rating after dealing with the property manager ---------------. She is very rude and tried to talk as though she wasn't the problem. She scheduled an appointment for me to put in an application for an apartment, never followed up or answered any emails or calls when I took the initiative to follow up on it. When i came to the office --------------- had an attitude when i asked was it still available and said "no someone brought it already, what you want me to do about it? I sent that email in November." Mind you the apartment open date is 12/15/2018 and i told her i would be available on the 20th of November but still she scheduled the date for 12/20 and said if that date doesn't work for you let me know which i did. Then at the office she said "i send that email to everyone, again what you want me to do for you?" What i need from her is to learn how to be professional on the job because that's what you get paid for.

            I'm a very detailed and structured person who likes all the information up front. It was a bit different at the time of my move - there was different personnel at that time so there was some aggravation with the process during my inquiry stage. Overall, Maintenance is gracious, efficient and timely. Great individuals. The office has had good customer service most of the time. There has been an issue regarding smoke scents and week scents from my neighbors and it doesn't seem to be a big deal which is disheartening (allergies and I get sick from the smell of weed) Supposedly there is nothing you can do without proof that it's "another substance" which I understand however it would appear some measures could be taken. I'm stuck in my lease due to someone else breaking the law which sucks but all you can do is conduct your research about those sort of details prior, contact the right people if you have an issue and do what you can do in your own apartment.

              This is my second year at waverton place. I have not been in the apartment and over 20 years it did take a little getting used to however I love my modern apartment. It is very roomy. Very clean and a safe complex. My neighbors are friendly the staff is great from the office to the maintenance yes.

                Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I live there for 2 years. The office staff does not care about you, your family or any problems you are having in a place that you live. A place you are paying money to stay. They want you to pay your rent on time but they can not take care of complaints on time. Had a issue with my heating system all winter of 2016/2017. I let them know and they did nothing. You will deal with animals, ROACHES!!!! I pray for anyone who lives there. They made my family go threw so much. Don't do it!

                  I have lived in Waverton Place-Chesapeake for 14 years and would like to say this is a great place to live. The management, office and maintenance staff give great service and are professional in all that I have encountered. I must admit, I have not always felt this way but most recently they have gone above and beyond. I am also happy to see the ongoing renovations and know that the wait list will probably be unending. The prices are good and you get a lot of space for your money. I appreciate their compassion and patience.

                    I have lived here for 15 years..I'm the first to ever live in my apartment..I raised my children here now my granddaughters have a peaceful place to visit their grandmother. once when we had a new neighbor move in i saw 1 bug i called the office right away they had the exterminator out here the next day. NEVER again have i had this problem ..I keep my place clean and that's why i have Nooo bug issues I would think..maintenance no complaints here ..i have no reason to leave I work come home and relax in my home of 15 years plus more to come...

                      This is my second time occupying residency at this property. No community goes without some type of issue or concern although when you look at the bigger picture this is a nice, peaceful place to live. Maintenance staff will see your problem through and they will troubleshoot until the problem is rectified and although unable to mention names in this review one staff should be commended on their exceptional work ethic, knowledge, & performance. Thanks to all the staff whom work together to make this a great place to live.

                        Me and my children have lived in the community for over 8 years. I love my home. I have seen the complex and kids grow. There have been changes in management and a lot of inspections recently but you can't beat the price for the space. I don't have issues with my neighbors and if I ever have a problem with pest the office gets it taken care of. The ladies in the office are nice, and maintenance always takes care of me. I hope that with all the property changes its for the best but I'm going to stick with them. If you want a place to raise your children this is it.

                          I have lived hear at Waverton for over 3 years and yes there has been a lot of good as well as some things that has gotten better over time. There has been a lot of people that would say other things about Waverton but not one person can change things by themselves so it takes a team like Waverton team to get things moving in the right direction. So if you are looking for a place to enjoy well look no more cause when you come upon Waverton Place you have found the place.

                              So I'm in the military and just moved to the area. I was kind of skeptic about being in a new place but once I called to ask about the area I felt lived and welcoming.. So I get there and nothing but open arms.. They worked with me to the best of their ability.. When something needed work it want no more then an hour when the personnel came out to fix it.. absolutely amazing

                                  Resident I moved into the Waverton Place in Chesapeake in 2016. Since I moved in I have had no problems with my apartment. I have 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment its very spacious. The office staff is professional and helpful. The place is peaceful and it's a great neighborhood. The price range for the apartment is great and its affordable. I would recommend this property to my friends a family

                                    They don’t answer the phones when trying to place a service call !!!! Went an entire 24hrs w/o hot water because they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had to put in an emergency request that went directly to maintenance. Couldn’t pay my rent the way they would prefer because they wouldn’t answer the phones to give me my account #. And of course here i am today trying to place yet another service request and I’ve called 4 times and still no answer . I want to make this very clear that my issue is not with maintenance it is with the office staff !!

                                        I moved in to Waverton last year, and I have to say it was a huge mistake. The staff is so rude, especially the Manager ---- and the Assistant ---- They are so condescending and treat everyone like they are a bother. They need a new management team in there ASAP. The new guy up front is really nice & helpful though, and I feel sorry that he has to deal with those 2 rude women. He seems to really care, and I hope he stays around. Be careful of this place, because the manager and assistant manager are rotten nasty people and do nothing to help you.

                                          I am the first and original WPC resident since it was rebuilt in 2001. I've had no problems with the management. Yes I've had problems with ants,AC and mold. But all of this is fixable. I take care of the ants by using apple cider vinegar as well as mold with baking soda and distilled vinegar. It's up to you to keep your apartment clean. The neighbors are not bad. Every now and then we get some resident who do not want to follow the rules. My Hat is off to Dorothy simply beacause she has to deal with all these knuckles heads that do not want to pay there rent on time, dump trash improperly, play loud music, and allow there unsupervised children to run wild. This is are community and we need to learn to respect one another. Usually the ones who complain are the ones who do not want to follow the rules or pay rent on time. If you don't like it LEAVE. But don't complain about things that are fixable. -CJ

                                            This place is horrible. The manager, D.R., is horrible as well. She does not know how to talk to adults. I'm surprised she still has a job after all of the complaints on her. If you have an issue in your apartment, they won't do anything for you unless you get on them about it. Make sure you read your lease thoroughly before signing it. All of the apartments need to be tested for mold because of the windows and their condensation. I'm surprised they haven't been sited for all of the mold in the walls of these apartments. WAVY 10, if you are reading this, you should come out and investigate. This will be a huge story for you because I'm quite sure there are plenty of residents with stories to share about the way the manager is handling things around here. If you have an issue with your plumbing, good luck with getting someone professional to come fix it. Take this as a warning, DON'T MOVE HERE, go somewhere where you will be treated fairly, respectfully, and as a human. As long as D.R. is there as manager, Waverton Place will continue to have issues.                                               My AC has been broken for a week & they keep telling me it will be fixed by the end of the day everyday I call and ask about it. They clearly don't care about the tenants at all. this is the third time the AC as broke. Also these apartments are ------. People fighting, drug deals, little kids throwing stuff at your windows. Horrible place to live. The rental office people are rude as well.

                                                first of all the management there are -------s. They act like we kids saying what we can and cannot do. My car broke down and i had someone come and fix it and they gave we a sticker ticket saying i cant have my car worked on or it will be towed. They told me i cant walk my dog on one side of the property. ms dorothy is a stuck up ----- Its madddd roaches in these apartments. Maintenace people, michael heard in particular says ----------------------------------------------------- with tenants and coworkers! very unprofessional. Im glad i moved from over there. I will not recommend this place to noone!!!

                                                  ****WARNING***** BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO EVEN RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE PLEASE READ THIS!!!! I moved to Waverton August 2012 (it is October 25 2012 now) and since I have been there I have killed seven roaches, they also have ants and spiders! A week after I moved in that is when the roaches started popping up so I called the rental office and told them about it and they had someone come out to spray three weeks later! After that everthing seemed fine...UNTIL more and more roaches started popping up. Oh and another thing those people are RUDE!! RUDE AND NASTY!! THE customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They talk to you any ol type of way and it is PATHETIC!!!!! Ok, so now here is the BIG thing. I live in the bottom level on the older side of the complex and yesterday October 24, 2012 the neighbor above me their water tank bursted so what that means is my apartment got damaged too and water was leaking down into my closet with all of my personal belongings in it.
