Arbor Lake Apartments

I lived here almost a year. It's not what it's made out to be when you decide to come here to rent. The pool should be open now but it's closed. They didn't even have it's ready for Memorial Day Weekend. Basically poor staffing not making sure it was ready. Never do they answer the phone when you call into the office. Office will be closed when it should be open. Maintance is poor. I waited a month for my AC unit to be fixed. They gave me a old dirty window unit to put in my bedroom window the day before I had major surgery. I had to clean it myself and tape it up as clearly it wasn't in the window correctly. They took the screen out the window and never put it back. When asked where it is they said they didn't know. I have been waiting for months for them to put a bulb in the outside walkway light. The pipes are so small that when you flush the toilet they make horrible sound. There is mold in the storage unit that comes with the apartment. Pipes under the sink again to small. When you use the garbage disposal it tends to get clogged up. You'll have to unclog that yourself as again maintance is hard to get. I'm starting to think I should start charging them for me having to fix it get it fixed myself. Also they go up on your rent $25 a year. Not worth it when they cannot maintain what they state they provide when living here. Trash is horrible. Not on the apartments end to a degree. People can't seem to put their trash in the dumpster correctly. Also it gets broke or overflowed easily. Only one dumpster for all the units to use. Beautiful lake out behind the apartments but it's so polluted with trash in and around it that it's just saddening. I thought it would be great living here but turns out its not as I thought.
