If you are a single woman DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want to be sexually harassed by the maintenance employees. I lived there for one year in 2006 through 2007 when they first opened up. The construction was still going on and there were nails and construction debris all over the place. Needless to say I ended up having to change one of my tires. But as for the apartment itself, first off, I was moved into the wrong model, the floors are uneven as well as the walls, my bath tub leaked all over the floor even after they came and "fixed" it twice. I was sexually harassed by the maintenance supervisor, I had money end up missing from my apartment, my car was towed even though when I first moved in we didn't have parking stickers, and nothing was done about any of this by the manager. Even though she was a woman herself, the manager did not see fit to do anything about any of this. So, I called fair housing about all the issues, namely the sexual harassment, and after the management company found out that I had called fair housing, instead of firing the man responsible or atleast transferring him, I was kicked out and told that I could not come back. And just so that they could avoid legal ramifications for taking retaliatory action against me, they told fair housing that they had made me leave because they suspected that I had someone else living there. Well, the only thing I can say is - if someone else were living there with me I probably wouldn't have been sexually harassed or robbed now would I have? Also, why is it that this person living with me wasn't an issue until I called fair housing?
