We have been living in Sterling Glen for 18 months. I find the staff to always be friendly and professional. They seem to know most of the residents by name not just an address. If you have an issue then all you have to do is report it to management. They can't fix something they know nothing about. You do have to realize these are 9 yr old apartments and they are not going to look brand new but they look far better then most you see out there especially in this price range. We love living here. I know the parking gets tough and that is why they have to have the rule of the no parking in regular spaces without a parking pass. Curious why the negative feedback. Can only guess that these people left under not so nice circumstances and are trying to pass the buck.
