Just moved in and not happy so far. Move in day the elevator was broken and it took them 2 days to get it fixed. I had to rent a garage to store my things in until the elevator was fixed and then move everything in myself since I had lost my movers by that time. The apartment was smaller than the model I was shown and told was an exact replica of what I was renting and the washer still is broken 15 days later because the property doesnt have a maintenance man to fix it right now. I've lived in highrises in Chicago and never had problems like this until I moved here.
