Princeton Woods Apartments
Resident · 2014 - 2015
My experienced living in the apartment was great until I decided to move out after I bought a house. I cleaned the apartment than any apartment I had ever lived in but this is the apartment I paid the most fees for maintenance. I paid $805,00.00 including the security deposit. I had to call to check on my security deposit balance and all I was told is that I got charge for $ 605.00 for Carpet cleaning, and the rest of items which I left cleaned and new. The property manager is very rude and underestimates the intelligence of her tenants because when I politely asked for explanation for the high charges all her explanation was, she has done the job for 9 years and knows what she was doing. If you are a current resident please take a picture of every item in the apartment before you move out and be part of the final walk through.
