When i moved here i was promised lots of things. Every time i called with maintenance issues, they say they'll take care of it withing a week. Weeks passed and nothing it's been a month and I'm still waiting for them to fix my washing machine, in the meantime i have to go out with my newborn baby to do my laundry. It looks quiet from outside but once you're in your apartment it's a jungle. Weekends people playing loud music late at night, and when you call to complaint the office staff will tell you; "they been here for a long time and we have never heard complaints towards them". They don't even look forward to address the problem by calling them or send them letters, they just make you feel like you're the problem. If you're looking to moved on ground floor, good luck!!. Windows are not properly installed and the cold air gets in, we have to crank up the heater to 85 degrees, other wise you'll be freezing. We have lived in Archstone apartments before and they are great!! Too bad they don't have communities here in this area. But my advised to you....keep looking.....!!!!!!! I can't wait for my lease to expired..!!!!
