Thank you for your candid feedback. We share your disappointment with the landscaping this past year. In fact, we were so disappointed that we've changed contractors and are optimistic that we will see a marked improvement this year. Re: the gates, we've attempted repairs and have found that the system needs to be replaced - we are currently in the process of receiving bids for the work. These things don't always play out as timely as we'd like. We thank you for your patience.

With that in mind, we have implemented a new parking policy that restricts commercial vehicle parking to a designated area, so that the regular parking spaces are available for registered residents.
