I've been here for some time and seen it go from very good, to a lot of crime and drug dealers, to very good again. Weinstein has recently invested a lot of money upgraded the apts/townhouses/facilities/landscape. The staff is always friendly and responsive to any needs or complaints. The maintenance is friendly and efficient with that day or next day service with the problem fixed the 1st time. One of the best parts is the location with quick and easy access to Mercury Blvd, Jefferson, Warwick, JR Bridge, I-64, and I-264. You can get anywhere quickly, but not too much daily traffic. Close to the shipyard and not too far from Langley. Add to it that their rental rates are some what less than other newer places, but you don't give up anything. There is a new complex facility with free computer use, new pool, and 24/7/365 fitness center. There are a few rules I'd like to see changed to make this a better place to live since this is a blue-collar town and the corporate cover all umbrella rules for all their properties don't fit the needs of this facility. Worth a good look if the location suites your needs.
