Excellent staff, great customer service, beautiful landscape, low prices, and convenient location. BUT Low quality maintenance response, cockroaches is a problem with the apartments. Two issues enough to highly not recommend this to anyone.

Maintenance repair quality is not too satisfying. They replaced parts to broken dryer vents with a dirty vent. Is that reasonable? Is it not the least an apartment can do to clean the apartment before tenants move in? I am noticing lots of hidden dirty spots around the apartment that should not be dirty. Nice staff, but low quality in customer service. Unfortunate...
