So gonna go through this point-by-point, then do my overall.
Noise - It's an apartment. The walls aren't made of steel. It's your standard 2x4s, drywall, and insulation. If they are blasting music or singing in the shower, you will hear it. Knock on their door and talk to them politely. Ended 100% of my issues. And only once was it after 9 PM. But yes, there's some noise... just like every other apartment. It's more about your neighbors than the building itself.
Grounds - Immaculate.
Safety - Impeccable.
Neighborhood - Right, the immediate neighborhood is great. Right by Peninsula Towne Center and a major hospital. But if you go more than a couple blocks in any direction... it's still Hampton. It's not the worst city and it's not the best city.
Maintenance - Polite and timely. They regularly replace the filters in the vents for you and batteries in the smoke alarms. Two minor plumbing issues fixed within a couple days of submitting the issue.
Staff - I would take these people with me if I could. They are all super friendly. The grounds people, maintenance, or the staff in the rental office. Absolutely adore them.
Overall - If I could move this apartment complex, I wouldn't be moving. If I knew anyone moving to this area, I would recommend this place. I might even come back just to visit.
A++++ would rent again.
