Horrible Management. You have to reach out to the RPM and even the President (which are very nice) of Boyd Homes in order to get an issue resolved. Don't attempt to get issue resolved by onsite management...it wont happen. 3rd Property Manager since the community has opened so that should speak for itself. You can forget privacy living here. On 2 occasions Maintenance has entered our apartment without permission one of which my Husband was startled as he was getting out of the shower! Oh yeah, you can expect over $300 Power Bills in the winter time due to faulty HVAC equipment.
