The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

As for your concern regarding parking, Colonnade does not provide Visitor parking in order to insure all of our residents have adequate parking spaces. That being said, there is a free parking deck just one block over that your guests are welcome to take advantage of. Dear Resident, Thank you so much for your honest feedback regarding the Colonnade community. I sincerely apologize that your expectations are not being met, though I do assure you every effort is being made to work through your concerns. While I am aware of your specific plight, we have had no other complaints regarding harsh smells in the hallway or elevators - and have even made recent changes to our cleaning products due to your individual requests. Additionally, our maintenance supervisor completes weekly and monthly property inspections to detect property damage and/or other issues such as mold. There has been no such discovery. While I understand issues with neighbors can be frustrating, management attempts to make the best living environment for everyone, and unfortunately cannot monitor all personal issues, but instead must work to contribute to the greater good of the community. I encourage you to attend a few of our social activities and perhaps meeting a more diverse group of residents will change your opinion. Colonnade is a pet friendly community, but due to the nature and location of the building we do restrict animals to a certain weight limit and can only provide for minimal green space. We do our best to accommodate residents and their pets, but the ease of access to downtown amenities is one of our best features and tends to outweigh pet owner's initial objections. Please feel free to give us a call at your convenience so we may schedule an appointment to further discuss and hopefully work through your unease.
