This is a lovely place to reside. Neighbours are very friendly. The management is good. problems are fixed quickly. I like the amenities and the pool area is very beautiful. well maintained appartments. Defenitely suggest my friends.

Very good community. Management responds to inquiries/repair needs quickly and location is conveniently located near many shops and stores. Very nice community overall. Last couple of apartments are in process of having renos done and the gym is also being expanded as well.

Noise disturbances can have such a negative impact on one's life, and we are so sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues. We here at Wilde Lake have a zero tolerance for noise disturbances which are in excess of normal apartment noise. We do our best to resolve them to the satisfaction of all involved. We believe in going above and beyond by offering residents mediation with the desired goal of increasing awareness of the impact actions may have for surrounding homes. Ideally, we would love to be able to eliminate all noise in between homes, but in a multifamily living environment that is not possible. Please reach out to the leasing office so we can ensure we have taken every action possible to resolve your concern.

Moved in 2018. Overall community appears to be safe and secure. Noise level from other apartments is medium to high. I recommend more outside lighting because driving areas have multiple blind spots and people walking their pets are at risk of being injured. See More

Our management team strives to provide the utmost customer service and we are sorry to hear your experience has been less than satisfactory. We always welcome suggestions on how we can improve the community for our resident's enjoyment. Over the last year we have received many recommendations. There have been some really great ones, but unfortunately we are unable to implement all that are presented for various reasons. Those that benefit the community the most are given consideration and we work towards implementing them as time and budget allow. We share the disappointment regarding the delay in the completion our amenity package remodel. We have been working aggressively to overcome several unforeseen circumstances leading to the delay and remain hopeful that everything will be finalized by the end of Summer 2017. We can wait to have the grand opening of our newly remodeled clubhouse/fitness area/outdoor kitchen space. When summer time hits vandalism tends to spike in highly populated areas. We are thankful for our Henrico Police Department and the fantastic working relationship we share with them. With the installation of additional lighting, and increased patrols by our Henrico Police officers, we have been successful in chasing away the pestering vandals who were becoming a nuisance around our pool area. We thank you for taking time to voice your concerns. We like it here but dislike dumpster sitting in parking lot. Please>Build an enclosure! Overflowing heaps of furniture- appliances broken glass laying around it and garbage leaking is not safe or pleasant.
