Overall experience was ok. I have moved to Adara on Dec 16th, 2019 from Dulles Greene apartments. Hoping better community experience and easy commute to office. From community experience standpoint was expecting good turnaround for service requests, good amenities. I knew there would be no access to amenities (gym & playing area etc.,) until January as they are under renovation. When it comes turnaround for service requests, theres been a huge delay. Its been a week no response or nobody ever showed up. Also, during our move in we had small confusion because of the way office people handled the lease signing process. Overall experience was ok for what Im paying here to stay. I would obviously get much better experience and stay if I pay this rent elsewhere within the same location.
