STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT MOVE HERE - WORST MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE!! I moved into The Point at Dulles 3 months ago. I've regretted it every day since move in. Still my major issues did not addressed. Worst Management I ever seen!!!! They don't even care about your problems, really cares how to steal money from your pockets. Management will not help on any of your issues and will not even do something for you. There are so many things wrong with this place from the apartment to the management. I am so ready for my lease to be up so I can get out of this hell! I would give no stars if I could. I was hesitant to move in here I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up and would not recommend to anyone I know. Pests ,Parking & Very old appliances are a severe issues as the office personnel indiscriminately issued the parking slot in next street where your apartment is in another street. i.e. Half mile to drive into your parking slot. Do yourself a favor & DO NOT MOVE HERE. Don't be tempted by lower prices, you get what you pay for and will regret it. I would strongly urge you to take the other reviews under consideration before making the decision to move in. Cockroaches/Pests - When I entered to the Apartment at first time, Cockroaches welcomed me in my living room and kitchen room. I took a video and pics and showed to management. It was very much disappointment to the any resident who want to stay in this apartment. Nobody want to be fell into a situation where it causes health issues to their family and kids. Parking slot assignment - The biggest and blindest plan which I ever seen is parking slot mapping to the apartment. Apartment entrance is in one street and allotted parking slot is in another street, near to half mile to park and walk. No one cares about you. Even I requested and explained practical issue recently to rethink and consider as it is very difficult to drop my children( 10 months infant & 2 1/2 yrs. baby) & personal things from Costco/Lotte near to apartment and then go and park my car half mile away and walk back to apt. until I come, they should wait on road as it is very difficult for my spouse to carry both of them to 2nd flr. They don't even consider and I feel they are not even human beings as they don't even have min humanity. Apartment: There is no proper inspection and maintenance work happened before giving the apartment keys to resident instead all patch work happened which may lead you to pay fine during move out. All appliances are very OLD. I have submitted 8 service requests at day 1 where the management supposed to be taken care before move-in date of any resident. Property Manager & Leasing Office staff : Bad-mannered, Irresponsible and they don't even listen and care about your problems, really cares how to deny your concerns. Management will not help any of your issues and will not even do something for you other than denying. Property manager decision will be the final and he never addresses our issues/concerns. If we want to talk to him , Front desk staff won't allow to talk directly with manager instead they refuse our request and asking to send an email where it never resolves. Bad thing is we don't have any other option to escalate it to his manager(Higher mgmt.) or any other supervisor for this property.
