I had a horrible experience with the leasing office. There seemed to be no communication between staff members; one person asked for documents via email, which she received, then another told me that they still didn't have the documents requested. The process took longer than it should have and was unnecessarily difficult. The apartment itself is nice, as is the parking garage and valet trash service, but make sure to leave plenty of time for the leasing office to make mistakes before you need to move in.
