Verified Resident ā¢ 2017 - 2020
I like the community, only thing which I did not like is the internet speed in the past and no option to switch provider, now switched to Verizon which is a lot better compared to prior provider. After working with Verizon technician came to know its ethernet switch which is causing internet speed to decrease, but no proper response from staff after raising the concern about it. Also couple of window blinds were broken, when I requested to replace, I was asked to pay for those very old blinds, after being 3 yrs in the unit, did not expect such response from staff.
