I do wish for more lighting around the back of the complex. And 1 visitors pass would be nice so my guest don't have to walk to the back. Overall, I live in a wonderful community with great staff. I am very satisfied.

So far, the community is clean and friendly. The amenities, such as laundry facilities and the community pool, are a few of the details that made my decision to move to Highland Woods very easy. The apartment is spacious and clean.

I know I love Jana, as a property manager. She is the best that I know of. When your leader is strong, the team may mess up, but it is taken care of by the leader. She is very objective.

I love this place,grounds are always clean.Trash remove from dumpster,Manger and Asst.Manger always friendly prompt with answering phone call,Apartment was very clean when I move in they even put in a air freshner.I love the Maintenance online.Wonderful place.

Privacy concerns preclude us from responding to many individual postings on a public website; including this one. The privacy of our residents, as well as their health and safety has always been, and will continue to be, our primary concern. Highland Woods Apartments endeavors to maintain a cooperative relationship with its residents; this includes the area of exterminating. The prevention and treatment of roaches requires a partnership that includes professional treatment, responsible housekeeping, and access to apartments when professional treatment has been scheduled. All apartments are inspected for roaches prior to occupancy by new residents, and exterminated accordingly. No apartment community can control whether roaches are introduced to an apartment after residents move-in, however our cooperative relationship with valued residents includes treatment for roaches during occupancy. As we know, roaches are a problem throughout the United States and can be found in all types of housing, whether apartments, resort centers, or five-star hotels.
