SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I've had with any apartment complex!!! My apartment flooded twice during my time here due to the AC, granted they supposedly fixed the issue the first time but then it happened again!! Management was completely and utterly not sensitive about this with us, basically saying "we don't care and we won't do anything to make this easier for us" they had us stay in the apartment with 12 fans blowing hot air which led the apartment to have a temperature of 120 degrees!!! And they still had the audacity to deem the apartment livable, they didn't even presented a option of moving us to another unit because the unit was ok when it clearly wasn't! PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE!!!

    Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review our community and for your residency with us here at Camden Lansdowne. We always want to know how we are doing and appreciate any and all feedback whether good or bad. I am sorry to hear that you had any sort of leaks you had in your apartment during your stay; we never want our resident to have to deal with any sort of water issues in their apartments however one of the benefits to apartment living is that when something unfortunate like this happens, you have a team of people that respond quickly to make repairs with as little inconveniences to our residents as possible. Of course any sort of leak that involves repairs is going to come with some inconveniences which unfortunately cannot always be avoided. When they do happen though, we respond quickly, set up drying equipment and schedule vendors to take care of any repairs necessary. Most of the time, we are able to get units back to normal within just a few days. This is usually unheard of outside of the apartment industry as it usually it can take weeks or even months to get repairs done and a lot of times the home owner is responsible for all of the repair costs. All of us here at Camden Lansdowne, want our residents to be happy and enjoy their time with us.
