My experience at Camden was horrible so far. loud, and late on responses. we have to wait weeks for a ticket to get resolved and maintenance team are great. we never complaint nor said anything because we have understanding of situation while Camden doesn't. staff have no courtesy for tenants. I have read about this before online and I thought it may be just some reviews feeling this way. however, Camden with all the great features it has, knows people need a place to live and of course pay for all of it, so they don't take actions towards that, They tow your car and don't even bother a courtesy call. I totally could understand if you don't have a sticker for parking however you are a tenant and you give your car info when you sign your lease. they towed my car and after 2 days I found out my car isn't in the parking, and all the management could tell me was that I am not going to pay for the towing. of course you are not, I am not asking you to do so but it would be nice if they could understand where is my frustration as a tenant who is paying for the comfort of living in a LUXURIOUS apartment complex coming from and they could just help me to deal with that better not to turn the heat even more on the situation and get the other person even more frustrated because of the way they horribly deal with you. they have no understanding for people's frustration, all they thought about that was to make sure I understand they won't pay for that. not even trying to understand, not even a courtesy call while you have all the info on my car?! I work in this industry and first thing I have learnt to do as a manager is to put myself on the other person's shoe. that's when you have empathy for people. teach this to your staff.
