They take forever to get maintenance up here and some of the time they don't even bother to leave a note saying they were here. I pay rent on time and I have automated payment system but their website glitched and I had to call them several times so that my rent wouldn't be late and they send me to a new website. There I set up automated payments too, and paid the rent. however they sent me a letter saying I was late in rent and they added a charge of interest on top of it and gave me five days to pay it or they will take legal actions or I have to vacate. Even though I paid the rent. Very disappointed with this community and their whole system.
