This place has many, many problems. I'm in my second year here and it's just getting worse. The trash piles up outside of the dumpster every week and it's disgusting. There's only one dumpster for the whole neighborhood so people actually have to drive their trash bags on the hood of their car over to it. The floors are paper thin and they do nothing about noise complaints. I've been woken up every single day around 4:30am against my will. My kids don't even wake up until 7am. The gates to get in to your home break down all the time. The parking policy just changed. You can not have any company over after 6pm on any night unless you arrange it with the leasing office before 6pm that day and give them the person license plate number of your visitor. If it's after 6pm that day you can't get a pass and your visitor will be towed so don't even think about it. Don't move here unless you enjoy being on lock down permanently with zero visitors, trash piling up, a closed gym, a dirty pool that's open all year long and never covered up. Forgot about getting any sleep since the windows are very thin and the train is super loud just like your neighbors. I don't recommend living here. Lots of dogs are off leash and poop is not always picked up In addition, the mailroom is only open during their business hours even with your key Fob. The same key fob that doesn't always open the front gates or doors to your building. Good luck cause nothing seems to work right here.
