There are plenty of stuff to complain about like how long it takes to get any work done on your apartment, some weed smell in the hallway, even though this is supposed to be smoke free building, etc... For example, I sent my proof of renter's insurance a week ago. I went to the "community office" and notified them in person that I emailed them the renter's insurance policy keep in mind that this was the same day I emailed them. They acknowledged it and said they would update it. Now is a week later and I'm being charged a fee because my lease is "Out of Compliance" because I don't have renter's insurance ??. Also, I deposited my rent on the rent box at the community office about a week ago and I have not seen it debit from account so I'm sure I will be getting an email about this soon. I'm sure they will include another fee for the rent being late. To add onto that, all email communication with this people is a one way street. You can receive emails from them but good luck getting them to read any email you sent them, especially because they have 10 different emails addresses they email you from and none of them can receive incoming emails ????? I'm not one to complain but I have been having such a ?? time here that I wanted to let anyone know what to expect should they move here.
