Ashton at Oyster Point is so nice! We have lived here for about a year and love it! They always have great specials going on. The staff is great, especially the manager and maintenance. Any time I've had an issue with neighbors, I tell the manager and she took care of it that day. They even sometimes hand out breakfast to residents as they leave on their way to work in the mornings. Very clean apartments, and the appliances are all stainless steel, which really makes the kitchen look so nice. We got brand new carpet when we moved in, which i love. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. You get one parking decal per apartment to park in the front row parking spots next to each building. We have 3 vehicles and there is plenty of parking in front of each building for guests and other cars. I love the community and I've always felt safe here. Overall really nice place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a nice home for their family or for roommates!
